“Best in Class” was what 21st Century Insurance was seeking with its auto insurance quote and purchase website. A brand new home page was designed to quickly get visitors started on an online quote. The quote application itself, typically complicated in nature, are presented in a few short steps. A simple set of tools allows users to compare coverage plans or customize to their needs. To service existing customers, helpful information about new products and promotions, access to account management and claim services were all incorporated into the online experience.
Auto insurance is a fact of life, but it does not need to be a complicated one. Simple forms with intelligent feedback offer an experience similar to a traditional phone representative, without the hassle of long customer service wait times and terrible hold music.

To promote safe driving around the holidays, 21st Century Insurance created a mobile app allowing anyone - customer or not - the ability to get a safe ride home. The app uses the location to broadcast on twitter to friends and followers where you are and that you need a safe ride home.
