Vontier sought to unlock business efficiencies and understand user interactions with data across multiple touchpoints.

As Principal Experience Designer, I co-led a 4-week future-state concept for Vontier, translating complex data and user behaviors into actionable experiences. Working closely with the Executive Creative Director, I turned evolving storylines into a simple, user-centered framework that mapped the journeys of three user types across varied touchpoints and devices.

The challenge was navigating multiple touchpoints, disparate data sources, and shifting priorities while keeping the experience cohesive. Our solution highlighted high-value opportunities across Vontier’s service lines and created narratives that aligned stakeholders around a shared vision.

We crafted design artifacts and narrative storylines to communicate the concept effectively. The result was strengthened client confidence and a direct expansion of our consulting engagement in digital strategy and technology.
