As Lead Experience Designer, I turned CVS’s goals into stories people could believe in. Partnering with experts across retail and healthcare, I distilled data from mobile apps, in-store systems, and electronic medical records into human moments that connected across every touchpoint.

The challenge was uniting pharmacy, retail, and health under one vision of care. The solution was three storylines showing how data could drive better choices and make technology feel personal.

The result was clarity, connection, and recognition from Cognizant’s C-Suite and CVS leadership, along with a follow-up engagement that proved good ideas don’t end but continue to evolve.
