As Lead Experience Designer, I led a two-week vision sprint for Royal Caribbean, exploring how AI could unlock new revenue streams and elevate the guest experience. Partnering with a travel industry expert and guiding a senior designer, I structured a fast-paced discovery and design process that surfaced strategic opportunities and delivered tangible, high-impact concepts.

To align the broader client team, I facilitated a collaborative workshop that identified ideas that were both feasible and differentiated, balancing bold innovation with operational reality. Together, we prototyped AI-driven personalized itineraries, predictive guest services, and dynamic onboard experiences that reimagined how travelers connect with the brand.

The result was a suite of actionable ideas that demonstrated measurable business potential, reinforced client confidence in design-led strategy, and directly informed future digital product development.
